Eve Hill presents course on Accessibility in the Digital Age, discussing the intersection of CVAA and ADA compliance for myLawCLE audience members. – Technologist

Eve Hill, partner at Brown, Goldstein & Levy, presented a two-hour online course for myLawCLE covering “Accessibility in the Digital Age: CVAA and ADA Compliance” on Nov. 22. The course explored the topic of digital accessibility and its significance in the online world, highlighting the requirements of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and their shared mission of ensuring equal digital access for people with disabilities.

During her talk, Eve highlighted the key provisions of the CVAA and the legal requirements set by the ADA with regard to digital accessibility. She offered effective compliance strategies for both laws, with the goal of offering both individual attorneys and organizations the key skills necessary to advocate for and create inclusive digital worlds.

Eve is a fierce advocate for digital accessibility and has won several cases on behalf of clients with disabilities seeking a more equitable digital environment.
