Emma Heaverlo: Advocating Camp Rainbow Gold and Community Service – Technologist
At Inszone Insurance Services, we believe that true success is measured not only by professional accomplishments but also by the positive impact we make in our communities. Emma Heaverlo, a Commercial Lines Account Manager at our Boise, ID office, embodies this belief. She is dedicated to supporting victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, reflecting her commitment to making a meaningful difference in others’ lives. Emma also volunteers extensively in various communities, further demonstrating her strong dedication to serving others.
Emma joined Inszone in 2023 following the merger with Butler Insurance Services. Since then, she has become an invaluable team member, known for providing excellent service and building strong client relationships. Growing up in Boise, Idaho, Emma has always been enthusiastic about being part of the family business. She is also dedicated to giving back to the community, volunteering at Camp Rainbow Gold, where she assists with preparations for their camps.
“On Friday last week, I had the opportunity to volunteer my time with Camp Rainbow Gold at their Hidden Paradise property. Camp Rainbow Gold is a non-profit organization that serves Idaho children diagnosed with cancer and their families. Camp Rainbow Gold started in the 1980s as a week of camp for a handful of children diagnosed with cancer and is now so much more! Not only does Camp Rainbow Gold hold a summer oncology camp, but they also hold a sibling camp, family camp, have a college scholarship program, and a teen support group! Camp Rainbow Gold provides a safe haven for so many, and it was such an amazing opportunity to help them get ready for their camps that are starting again on June 7th,” Emma shares.
Through initiatives like our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program, Inszone empowers employees like Emma to volunteer for causes close to their hearts while still being compensated. The CTO program allows team members to take paid time off to volunteer, demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
Emma’s involvement with Camp Rainbow Gold underscores the meaningful outcomes achievable through our company-wide commitment to giving back. Camp Rainbow Gold serves Idaho children diagnosed with cancer and their families. Their mission is to provide emotionally empowering experiences to Idaho children diagnosed with cancer and their families.
Emma’s commitment to helping families in need and her passion for serving others extend beyond her volunteer work at Camp Rainbow Gold. In her free time, she channels her love for dance by coaching the Middleton High School dance team, a role she thoroughly enjoys. Her dedication to community service, along with her ability to balance these activities with her professional and family life, perfectly aligns with the values we uphold at Inszone. We take great pride in supporting Emma and all our team members in their efforts to positively impact our communities.
