NetSuite CRM Vs. HubSpot (2024 Comparison) – Forbes Advisor – Technologist
We’ve compared their features to help you determine which CRM system is best for you.
Sales and Pipeline Management
Both CRM platforms provide users insight into leads and contacts. You’ll see which stage of the sales pipeline they’re at and how they interact with your business so you’ll know how to engage them. The CRM platforms will also help you determine the value of each lead so you can cut time on operational tasks.
HubSpot enables users to manage up to 100 deals, depending on your tier, meaning you can monitor the progression from lead capturing to purchase. However, you won’t find this feature on its free version.
Documents Management Library
Along with most CRMs, these tools allow you to store sales documents to share with team members and prospects. HubSpot shines better in this area, allowing you to store as many as 5,000 documents with one account. On its free version, you can upload up to five documents in the cloud.
NetSuite CRM users can upload as many files as they want with the CRM’s dedicated storage app, SuiteApp. SuiteApp’s integration with SkyDoc further allows you to store large-capacity files since there’s no size restriction. Plus, you can upload multiple files, up to 100 at once.
Analytics and Reporting
Thanks to NetSuite CRM’s and HubSpot’s analytics and reporting features, you can generate reports that reveal your current performance and use the data to estimate future results. You’ll see metrics around closed deals, completed tasks and more. HubSpot users enjoy up to 30 customized reports on each dashboard. Even free users get as many as 10 per dashboard. However, you won’t find this feature if you’re on a free or Starter plan.
Third-Party Integration
NetSuite and HubSpot enable CRM integration with business apps to enhance your productivity. For example, you can integrate with VoIP systems, making calls directly within the CRM systems. HubSpot integrates with even more apps—over 1,500, including Zapier, Salesforce and Microsoft 365. These CRMs also have an Application Programming Interface (API) to enable smooth integration with any third-party app.
Ease of Use
While the two CRM platforms allow you to track customer relationships and key metrics from anywhere, HubSpot’s mobile app enables functions such as business card scanning and caller identification to make your work easier. Also, HubSpot provides Enterprise users with maintenance support, an offering missing in NetSuite CRM. You’ll also get technical support, except if you’re using the free version. HubSpot users also have access to hundreds of training programs, which help you understand its features and make it easier to navigate the CRM tool.
