Yasmeen Cofield Makes an Impact at Colorado Black Arts Festival – Technologist
At Inszone Insurance Services, we believe that true success is measured not only by professional accomplishments but also by the positive impact we make in our communities. Yasmeen Cofield, a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at our Centennial, CO office, embodies this belief. Despite being new to the insurance field, she has devoted her time to volunteering and actively engaging in nonprofit organizations, showcasing her commitment to helping others.
Yasmeen Cofield joined Inszone in 2023 and has become a valuable team member, offering excellent service and developing strong client relationships. A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Yasmeen is also committed to giving back to the community. She volunteers at the Black Arts Festival, where she assists with trash cleanup and helps set up and break down the festival.
“I have been working with the Black Arts Festival for many years. It is important to me because I personally know the owner of the organization. It also allows my nieces and nephews to see successful people who look like them, bringing a sense of community that is not felt anywhere else,” Yasmeen shares.
Through initiatives like our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program, Inszone empowers employees like Yasmeen to volunteer for causes close to their hearts while still being compensated. The CTO program allows team members to take paid time off to volunteer, demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
Yasmeen’s involvement with the Colorado Black Arts Festival Organization underscores the meaningful outcomes achievable through our company-wide commitment to giving back. The Colorado Black Arts Festival Organization works to develop, promote, and celebrate Black arts and culture in Colorado. Their mission is to engage the entire community in fostering self-reliance, believing that pride in one’s culture is essential for long-term stability and prosperity.
Yasmeen’s commitment to environmental stewardship and event preparation extends beyond her volunteer work at the Colorado Black Arts Festival Organization. In her free time, Yasmeen enjoys watching and playing various sports, including basketball, football, soccer, and volleyball. Her ability to balance community involvement, environmental efforts, and her personal and professional life aligns well with the values we uphold at Inszone. We are honored to stand behind Yasmeen and all our team members as they make valuable contributions to our communities.
